She began as a nursing assistant and went on to serve in various leadership positions, including DON, Regional Director of Clinical Operations and most recently a Divisional Compliance Officer for a large Senior Car Organization. Nancy has always strived for a person-centered approach when caring for this unique population, and in each of her roles the priority has been resident and staff advocacy.
