FACILITY MEMBERSHIP - includes facilities that serve the frail, elderly and disabled citizens and are licensed as SNF, ALF, and/or RCF with the State of Missouri.  Cost for membership is based on bed type and count. 

 

 

Select "Business Partner Application" below  if you are business providing products or services to the long-term care industry.

All applications must be presented to the MHCA Board of Directors for approval during a bi-monthly meeting. Membership will be effective after Board approval and receipt of dues.  

NOTE:  If you are an employee of a current Business Partner member or Facility member and need an account with MHCA, ask your employer to "invite" you to create a sub-account or send an email to: teresa@mohealthcare.com.
