Participants will receive information on evaluating key risk factors for staff exiting employment with strategies to perform root cause analysis and prioritize retention interventions. Series content will include methods for measuring staff engagement and empowerment--which are potential indicators of staff job satisfaction and a measure of risk of leaving an organization. Session 2 - This session is part of a 4-session series that will provide actionable insights and resources to bolster retention of nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
